YOUR INFORMATION
Privacy notice
Last updated: 2 October 2026.
Acqoria helps organisations collect and review job applications. This notice explains how information is used when you visit our website, apply for a job, or use an organisation account. Contact us at hello@acqoria.com with privacy questions.
Information we collect
Applications include your name, email address, resume, optional cover letter, and answers to application questions. We also store application assessments and the job requirements used to produce them. Organisation accounts include account and membership information, job listings, and subscription information where applicable. Our hosting and error reporting services process technical information needed to operate and troubleshoot the website.
How we use information
We use information to process applications, support recruitment reviews, manage accounts, provide the service, and protect and maintain it. Application text and answers are sent to our AI assessment provider to generate assessments and follow-up questions. AI output can be inaccurate; hiring organisations are responsible for reviewing applications and making hiring decisions.
The hiring organisation determines how your application is used for recruitment and is responsible for its own privacy practices. Acqoria processes applications on its behalf. For recruitment questions, contact the organisation advertising the job. We handle account administration, service operation, and support enquiries for Acqoria.
Who receives information
Your application and assessments are available to authorised members of the hiring organisation. We use Cloudflare for hosting and storage, Clerk for account authentication and subscription services, TypeSafe AI for application assessments, Cloudflare AI for job setup assistance, and Sentry for error reporting. These service providers process information to deliver their services and may process it in countries other than your own. We may also disclose information where required by law.
Cookies and security
Authentication uses cookies and similar storage to keep organisation users signed in. Applicants do not need an account. Applications and uploaded documents are stored privately, with organisation access checks. No system can guarantee complete security.
Retention and your choices
Application records, including incomplete applications and uploaded documents, currently have no automatic expiry. Contact the hiring organisation or hello@acqoria.com about retention or deletion. Account and operational records may need to be retained to run the service or meet legal obligations.
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of your information, or object to its use. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it. Contact the hiring organisation for application requests, or email us for help with Acqoria account or service information. You may also raise a concern with your local privacy regulator.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice as the service changes. The date above identifies the latest version.
